You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (INFORMATION MANAGEMENT) in the CURRICULUM DATA MANAGEMENT DIVISION of NAVAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING COMMAND.
Duties
You will plan, coordinate and support implementation of organizational information business process concepts, practices and technologies throughout the command.
You will define and establish information and knowledge objectives and provide advice on needed resources, and monitor project progress to ensure that work is accomplished in a timely and effective manner.
You will coordinate access requirements for end users and coordinate rules and procedures to ensure the quality and integrity of information managed by system platforms (My Navy Portal, iNavy SharePoint, Intelink/IntelShare SIPR).
You will create IM solutions within the NETC training community and the Fleet by coordinating and adhering to implementation requirements associated with IM Platforms.
You will assist technical staff in conducting feasibility and cost studies for new functional requirements, improved performance enhancements, information storage requests and flow procedures.
You will develop testing plans and coordinate testing events with SMEs in support of new IM capabilities and/or requirements.
You will analyze requests for changes in the IM system structure and or configuration and determines potential impacts on current processes.

- The work will require travel by commercial or military air and ground transportation to various sites for meetings, conferences, or site visits.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Integrating business processes and work flows with information management tools, software and Internet/Intranet applications; 2) Utilizing information management to include content management and workflow for end to end process development; 3) Operating SharePoint experience to design sites, establish metadata taxonomy, manage site permissions, and data migration concepts and techniques; and 4) Training others on information management system capabilities and use.
