About the Position: This position is a DOD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 USC 1599f. Employees occupying CES positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. Perform a wide variety of logistics management functions in support of Network EnterpriseTechnology Command (NETCOM) operations.

Duties

Serve as the Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) Program Manager for NETCOM. Serve as the Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) Program Manager for NETCOM. Submit the annual TMDE Requirements into the Automated Requirements Tracking System (ARTS) and the annual Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submissions cycle. Conduct studies, reviews and analyses of NETCOM command-wide logistics posture. Develop NETCOM Command Special Interest Item Checklists for the Command Logistics Review Program (CLRP). Conducts CLRP reviews. Provide command-level guidance on logistical matters. Manage a variety of command logistical programs.
