About the Position: This position is located at the Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas.

Duties

Develop accurate food production forecasts by reviewing historical workload data. Input Computrition and Point of Sales System data. Generate and distribute food production planning documents and other required reports for quantity food production. Serve as the Production Planner for four separate dining areas. Maintain the operating systems, credit card equipment, product scanners, and scale performance and integrity. Correct recipes when required ingredients are out-of-stock or otherwise not available. Safeguard cash collections, and secure the safe

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Must complete Security and Server 2008 to gain system administrative privileges.
• A Personnel Security Investigation is required.
