About the Position: This position serves as a Management and Program Analyst within the Resource, Acquisition and Support Division of HQ AMC, Deputy Chief of Staff, G-8.
Duties
Oversee organizational management, administrative programs, and operations to recommend changes.
Monitor the effectiveness of administrative functions in terms of mission accomplishment and application of quality and quantity standards.
Ensure supervisors are effectively aligned with human resource products to support the strategic goals and objectives that accomplish the organization mission and goals.
Provide complete and accurate reports, charts, and spreadsheet as requested by leadership to accommodate mission plans and goals.
Brief leadership and force structure on position or recommendations.
Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.
- Percentage of time to be spent Temporary Duty Travel (TDY) is 25%.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes analyzing and interpreting policies, procedures and regulatory guidance as it pertains to budget formulation, training, physical and personnel security, records management and/or the execution and business and resource management initiatives; as well as providing advice and assistance for various management functions. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
