You will serve as an IT Project Manager (INFOSEC) Department Cyber Lead, in the Cybersecure Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) Control Systems Networks Department 50 of Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWC PHILA DIV).
Duties
You will develop and execute plans to ensure labs/systems are in compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Navy (DON) Policy.
You will provide consultation and guidance for Risk Management Framework (RMF) process planning and monitoring for multiple projects and Divisions.
You will develop recommendations, technical advice, and guidance regarding cybersecurity strategy.
You will communicate technical information, status, impact, and challenges with various levels throughout the organization.

- This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area 461 level II within 12 months of appointment.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing support for cybersecurity processes or procedures to ensure systems compliance with Information Technology (IT) security policies. Examples of Qualifying Experience may include planning, executing, and monitoring Risk Management Framework (RMF) projects; developing recommendations, technical advice, and guidance regarding cybersecurity implementation; communicating technical information, status, impact, and challenges with various levels throughout an organization. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
