You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Training and Readiness Branch of MARFORRES NOLA.
Duties
You will provide technical advice in support of high visibility training programs and exercises.
You will review, analyze, and interpret directives and policies issued by higher headquarters.
You will analyze current and proposed Force level training programs to ensure training opportunities are available to meet the readiness requirements of the Reserve Force.
You will extract data, summarize training shortfalls/excesses, and identify trends to either sustain program status quo or mitigate training issues for all manner of Force training events.
You will provide expertise and maintain databases to various training programs and training systems in support of individual and collective program management.
You will operate, maintain, and administer programs in order to report on all budgetary matters and financial execution.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: perform qualitative and quantitative analysis for measuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of high complex and dynamic training programs and exercises which consist of management studies and developing training solutions and strategies.
