You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST of NAVSUP BUSINESS SYSTEMS CENTER.
Duties
You will provide advice, recommendations and information in the areas of manpower and position/personnel management to all levels of NAVSUP BSC management and supervisors.
You will perform studies and reviews as required, and provide analysis and technical recommendations to the Command on difficult, sensitive, or precedent setting personnel issues.
You will serve as the principle manpower, training, and communications advisor to the Command.
You will be responsible for a broad range of administrative functions including manpower management, training program management and corporate communications management.
You will assign work to subordinates working in the functional business areas of workforce management, training management and corporate communications based on employee’s capabilities, priorities and difficulty.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector utilizing a comprehensive knowledge of workforce management principles, hiring practices, and HR processes and functions in order to analyze data, advise on status of workforce management actions and make informed recommendations concerning recruitment actions, workforce management instructions, regulations. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Perform studies and provide analysis and technical recommendations to the Command on difficult, sensitive, or precedent setting personnel issues; 2) Provide advice, recommendations and information in the areas of manpower and position/personnel management to all levels of NAVSUP BSC management and supervisors; and 3) Assign work to subordinates working in the functional business areas of workforce management, training management and corporate communications based on employee's capabilities, priorities and difficulty.
