About the Position: This position is responsible for providing technical advice and guidance regarding a wide variety of military human resources (HR) programs. It is located at Human Resources Command (HRC), Officer Personnel Management Directorate (OPMD), at Fort Knox, Kentucky.
Duties
Researches and analyzes material and Statistical data for determination of training quotas for Active Army officers.
Monitors and investigates aberrations in the training programs and proposes changes to the systems.
Develops procedures for use by others regarding the preparation of documents and various materials commonly produced.
Research historical documentation to use in the development or improvement in current schools programs and presents to leadership.

Experience Required:
To qualify based on your experience, the resume must describe at least one year of specialized experience which includes and prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as: Experience utilizing Army regulations, congressionally mandated law, principles, and methods of military human resources management. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service that includes the employee performs independent research and analyzes that contributes to the execution of Officer Professional Education Programs. Serves as the Army's technical expert on laws, policies and procedures that govern training and schools. Or serves as functional analyst responsible for participating in the planning, development, review, analysis, coordination or monitoring of the Army Reserve and Active professional development education program for Officers, Warrant Officers and/or Senior Enlisted personnel.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-09).
