This position is located in the Management Directorate, Office of Chief Information Officer, Identity, Records, and National Security Division. As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst(Program Support Branch Chief), you will you will provide strategic oversight of PSB within IRNSD and be responsible for coordinating with division leadership, managers, and external stakeholders related to budget and administrative functions; assuring implementation of the goals of the department.

Duties

The incumbent is responsible for coordinating with division leadership, managers, and external stakeholders related to budget and administrative functions. Responsible for assuring implementation of the goals and objectives of department-wide programs by subordinates and administrative staff; and directing and supervising the work of the branch. Responsible for overseeing budget, administrative, human resource management, and management functions for the division. Plans, organizes, directs, and evaluates the activities of senior analysts and support staff to include investment management, acquisition coordination, program coordination and financial teams. Makes decisions on work problems presented by project/team leads. Oversees contract officer representatives who have responsibility for multiple multi-million-dollar contracts and is a lead contributor towards the development of acquisition plans. Establishes production standards and prepares performance work plans and appraisals.

The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 09/22/2023. Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 09/22/2023. GS-15: You qualify at the GS-15 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-14 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties: Briefing leadership on management support principles, processes, and systems. Reviewing functional areas within division support. Supervising a group responsible for managing and overseeing critical contracts. Overseeing the formulation and execution of a division's budget. Creating resource management reports.
