You will serve as a SAFETY AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH MANAGER of NAVAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING COMMAND.
Duties
You will analyze mishap trends to develop corrective action recommendations.
You will develop explosive safety course outlines and training plans for use within the classroom and during on-the-job training
You will prepare written inquiries, papers, and reports to present facts.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Develop innovative actions directed towards the effectiveness of ongoing and emerging initiatives; 2) plan and evaluate High Risk Training Safety, Explosives Safety, Small Arms Weapons, small Arms Training, and Ordnance programs; 3) Developing solution to high risk training safety, explosive safety and small arms weapons, small arms training and/or ordnance programs issues; 4) Interpreting high risk training safety standards, regulations, policies and procedures to determine impact with existing programs.
