You will serve as a Regional Management and Financial Analyst, for the Office of Airports, responsible for carrying out substantive, complex, federal, state, regional, and local programs and functions associated with the development of airports and associated infrastructure. It is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering national and regional initiatives; and develops and recommends Regional Policy and procedural guidance relative to the systems and programs.

Qualifications
To qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.To qualify at the FV-G level, you must demonstrate in your resume specialized experience equivalent to FV-F, FG/GS-5/7/9. Specialized Experience at this level includes experience researching and giving financial advice on the disbursement and control of organization funds; analyzing and performing statistical evaluation of grant-in-aid program(s); and providing advice on distribution of grant-in-aid funds. OR Combination of Education and Experience, OR Substitution of Experience with Education.To qualify at the FV-H level, you must demonstrate in your resume specialized experience equivalent to FV-G, FG/GS-10/11. Specialized Experience at this level includes experience researching and giving financial advice on the disbursement and control of organization funds; providing advanced technical services on the control and distribution of grant-in-aid funds directly related to the development of Airports and/or airport infrastructure; experience making recommendations on policy, procedural guidance, laws, statutes, and/or orders relative to airport systems and/or programs, and conducting financial audits of a program.To qualify at the FV-I level, you must demonstrate in your resume specialized experience equivalent to FV-H, FG/GS-12. Specialized Experience at this level includes experience researching and giving financial advice on the disbursement and control of organization funds. Direct work experience providing financial and technical services on the control and distribution of grant-in-aid funds directly related to the development of Airports and infrastructure.
