You will serve as a Resource Management Specialist in Production Resources (Shop 06) of PSNS and IMF.
Duties
You will evaluate short and long term work schedules to identify ad coordinate training, medical qualification and work qualification requirements.
You will assist supervisors in collecting, interpreting and analyzing training and resource data.
You will be responsible for tracking and reporting qualifications for all assigned employees per the specific trade/shop.
You will prepare and issue reports using computer databases, including leave, overtime, backshift assignments, licenses status, and training qualifications and schedules.
You will schedule and manage the training and medical qualification programs for the shop.
You will coordinate all travel processes, including selection reports, conducting travel briefs, submitting requests for orders and vouchers, and assisting employees with all travel issues.
Requirements

- Work is performed in areas where potentially harmful physical and chemical agents are present (e.g. fumes, dust, heat, ionizing and non-ionizing radiation and chemicals). You will be required to participate in medical surveillance programs.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
For the GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: assisting management with researching, interpreting and analyzing training and resource data to support fulfillment of project manning requirements.
For the GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: assisting management with collecting, tracking and reporting training and resource data to support fulfillment of project manning requirements.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
For GS 09:
Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
OR
Have obtained an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to the position being filled
OR
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience. My percentage of the required education plus my percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
For GS 07:
Successful completion of one full year of graduate level education
OR
Successful completion of a bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement,
