You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Combat Development and Integration of MARINE CORPS COMBAT DEVELOPMENT CMD.
Duties
You will act as the Administrative Analyst for the MCTL Branch Section Head.
You will act independently and represent the Branch Section Head in hosting, conducting and facilitation Marine Corps Task and Mission Essential Task and Task List development.
You will present program update briefings and presentations routinely to both senior leaders and higher headquarter.
You will represent the command and the Marine Corps itself in external venues, to include forums sponsored by higher and adjacent headquarters.
You will analyze and evaluate, on a quantitative or qualitative basis, the effectiveness of MCTL/MET/METL program automation operations.
You will provide support on administrative matters to include technical and non-technical requests for information, assistance in MCTL/MET/METL data dissemination and generated reports, daily duty status of Branch members.
You will review, coordinate, and/or maintain Branch input to the Division calendar, coordinate and de-conflict calendar commitments, ensure travel requirements support required attendance and participation for assigned projects.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final Top Secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or pass the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- You may be required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: working independently performing tasks such as presenting briefings and presentations to senior leadership; acting as a representative for the organization at events, and analyzing, evaluating processes, or investigative fact finding to assess program and project and development from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives.
