About the Position: This position is located within the Defense Health Agency, Combat Support Directorate, Medical Logistics Directorate, Health Care Technology Management Division at Fort Detrick, Maryland. Note: Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.

Duties

Drive the development of long- and short-term goals, program/project objectives, and process improvements. Anticipate major risks and issues, program segment goals, objectives, and operations are realistic. Prepare and execute a myriad of acquisition documentation and processes, including the required safety documentation. Present briefings of results to tests and evaluation community and DoD representatives as appropriate. Conduct analytical studies leading to the development or selection of instrumentation to support the organization's Joint standardization mission.

• This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
