About the Position: Management and Program Analyst position, in the Sustainment Division of the Army Publishing Directorate (APD). The incumbent will provide a wide range of administrative, operational, logistical, technical, and analytical services and support to several functional areas that directly support the APD mission and operational objectives.
Duties
Serve as the Army Publishing Directorate Internal Control Administrator for the Risk Management and Internal Controls (RMIC) Program.
Develop Annual Statement of Assurance, which includes developing and accumulating all accomplishments for the entire year.
Perform audits to ensure the organizations records and records management system complies with regulatory and command group requirements.
Communicate with both directorate level staff and higher headquarters staff to develop responses for administrative taskers/data calls to ensure effective coordination and integration of tasks, operational functions, or requirements.
Perform monthly reviews and conduct semi-annual inventory of all property and equipment.
Develop complex spreadsheets, charts and metrics used to justify and defend budget submissions.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance for duration of employment.
- The duties of this position may require temporary duty (TDY) travel up to 10%.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes analyzing record keeping systems for compliance with internal control evaluation plans; reviewing audits to determine appropriate changes or corrective action required; developing data required for use in the management of programs; and advising on the procedures for providing administrative support systems such as records, communications, directives, and documentation. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
