You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the MANPOWER AND PERSONNEL DIRECTORATE of COMNAVSURFPAC.
Duties
You will plan and conduct comprehensive in-depth and predictive analysis, reviews, and assessments of Surface Force manning readiness.
You will review organizational, policy, and procedural changes and assesses impact on Surface Force personnel readiness.
You will ensure units are manned to meet Fleet Targets and mission requirements, overseeing the identification of manning shortfalls and assignment of personnel.
You will develop and apply new processes and innovative approaches to solving Surface Force military manning/personnel readiness issues.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying analytical and evaluative methods or techniques to resolve complex issues involving military manning assignments, force management, and related operational problems for the effectiveness and productivity of a Military Personnel Manning Program.
