You will serve as a Logistics Management Specialist in the Property Management Division within the Corporate Operations Department of Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Keyport, WA (NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA).
Salary Information:
GS-07: $51,934 to $67,514
GS-09: $63,526 to $82,580
Duties
You will provide end-to-end support for document creation and procurement tracking of all Purchase Requisition document types to ensure MILSTRIP, Purchase Card, Outgoing Funding Document, and Contract requirements are adequately supported.
You will analyze requirements against a myriad of complex regulatory and business rules to ensure compliance and completeness.
You will interface with Contracts Department personnel, Comptroller, and other technical personnel to identify and correct process and system issues.
You will prepare, coordinate, and integrate the identification, development, acquisition and delivery of integrated logistics support requirements for systems or equipment assigned to the organization.
You will obtain electronic or signed proof of receipt for supplies and services that have been received and request proof of shipment for items invoiced but not yet received.
Requirements

Qualifications
For the GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing purchase requisitions associated with the procurement of supplies, materials, property, or services to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
For the GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing logistics support in the review of purchase requisitions associated with the procurement of supplies, materials, property, or services to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
For the GS-09: A Master's or equivalent graduate degree;
OR
Two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Master's or equivalent degree;
OR
An LL.B. or J.D., in a field directly related to the position being filled.
For the GS-07: One full year of graduate level education;
OR
Successful completion of a Bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement.
