About the Position: This position is located at Falls Church, Virginia. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.

Duties

Perform a wide variety of administrative accounting duties for assigned appropriations within the Defense Health Program (DHP). Provide administrative support in preparing and consolidating request for funds and Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request (MIPRs) requirements and verify supporting documentation to ensure an accurate budget and spending per the spend plan. Track all commitments and disbursements for projects and prepare annual Facilities Enterprise (FE) budget estimates and spend plans for the accounts that are managed Provide comprehensive support for negotiated contracts and simplified acquisitions Work with FE branches and sections to prepare Service Contract Approval (SCA) documents, and other documents for projects and contracts for. Perform duties of government purchase card holder supporting FE program offices.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
• This position requires you to submit a Public Financial Disclosure Report (OGE 278) or a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report (OGE450) upon entry, and annually thereafter.
