About the Position: The position is located at the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCOE), Ft. Moore, Georgia 31905. The "Maneuver Center of Excellence" is located 100 miles south of Atlanta and is adjacent to Columbus, Georgia and Phenix City, Alabama. The geography and climate are ideal for year round military training. Public transportation and free parking is available.

Duties

Type correspondence and supply documents pertaining to the maintenance of the installation property book. Requisition and distribute publications required by elements of the Consolidated Property Book Office Maintain property book records. Process and expedite transactions based on practical experience gained related to the organizations serviced.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain certification in operating a forklift, less than 10,000 lbs.
• This position requires the employee to possess and maintain a valid state driver?s license.
• Must obtain a government license to operate military vehicles, as appropriate.
