About the Position: This position is located in the department of Military Engineering, U.S. Army Engineer School, Fort Leonard Wood, MO. Ft. Leonard Wood is located in the beautiful South-Central Missouri Ozarks. The Ft. covers more than 61,000 acres and is located in Pulaski County, bordering Waynesville/St. Robert and Interstate 44. St. Louis is a 2-hour drive east and Springfield is a 1-hour drive west of Fort Leonard Wood.

Duties

Perform duties as the Brigade ammunition manager. Assist the Brigade Commander by maintaining administrative personnel records of permanent party members and trainees. Maintain forms and publications. Perform duties as lead scheduling specialist with primary responsibility for the coordination and scheduling of training resources. Conduct in-processing of permanent party members, maintaining records. Ensure internal environmental compliance requirements and standard operating procedures are posted and met.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-06 grade level in the Federal Service which includes: ensuring training and training schedules are utilized, preparing and tracking status reports, and maintaining administrative personnel records of permanent party members and trainees. This is typical of work performed at the first lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Classroom ManagementData Collection and AnalysisEducation and Training Program Administration Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-06). All applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade and specialized experience requirements within thirty (30) days after the closing date of the announcement.
