About the Position: This position is located at U S Army MSCoE, G3 at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Fort Leonard Wood is located in the beautiful South-Central Missouri Ozarks. The Fort covers more than 61,000 acres and is located in Pulaski County, bordering Waynesville/St. Robert and Interstate 44. St. Louis is a 2-hour drive east and Springfield is a 1-hour drive west of Fort Leonard Wood.

Duties

Oversee the development and execution of a master scheduling process, short-term and long range in order to manage and synchronize low-density shared MSCoE training resources for instructors, support personnel and facilities. Manage automated scheduling system administrative and management functions on Fort Leonard Wood. Provide user training on system to MSCoE operators and resource managers. Coordinate draft schedules with school course directors. Evaluate replies and independently resolves conflicts and mediates to achieve workable compromises between school and follow-on courses as required. Manage ATRRS school-level training management for several school codes and all initial military training, MSCoE off-site and Inter-service Training Review Organization courses. Formulate a consolidated response to TRAP requests based on gathered data, knowledge of recruiting and training time frames, scheduled shared training, and the installation's training resources. Oversee reconciliation of all weekly certified billing invoices and discrepancies in transactions.
