This position is located in the U.S. Department of the Treasury; Departmental Offices (DO); Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (ODEIA), Equity Hub. The Equity Hub provides support to the Office of the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility (ODEIA) and other Treasury offices through policy development, advice and consultation, program outreach as well as data collection and analytics support.
Duties

As a/an Program Analyst, you will:
- Contribute to the development, execution, and sustainment of a variety of agency performance management and improvement practices related to the Government Performance and Results Act Modernization Act of 2010 (GPRAMA), Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circulars A-11, A-123, and A-136, and other pertinent laws, regulations and agency policies.
- Coordinate Treasury-wide events focused on advancing racial equity for the Department and members of the underserved communities, such as the Freedman's Bank Forum, Treasury's Advisory Committee on Racial Equity (TACRE), and assigned White House Initiatives not covered by the senior analysts/advisors or the Director or Deputy Director of the Equity Hub
Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
Specialized Experience:
For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service which has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience for this position is defined as experience:
- Leading or making significant contributions to analyzing, evaluating, and recommending improvements to agency policies, operational activities, and/or systems.; AND
- Implementing data analysis projects through their entire lifecycle with a focus on study design and stakeholders needs; AND
- Consulting with diverse stakeholders and using analysis tools to design and implement data analyses.
