Duties
You will established data processing techniques, documentation procedures, and design methodologies to develop individual programs, test plans, or reports within an approved framework.
You will utilize automated systems to make reports and extract data.
You will identify and analyze problems.
You will convey written information in a clear, concise, organized, and convincing manner for intended audience.
You will clearly and effectively articulate, present, and promote varied ideas and issues (oral presentations, clarifies information as needed).
You will plans, distributes, coordinates, and monitors work assignments.
You will build and manage workforce based on organizational goals, budget consideration, and staffing needs.
You will ensure employees are appropriately recruited, selected, appraised, and rewarded; takes action to address performance-based deficiencies.
You will manages a multi-sector workforce and a variety of work situations.
You will provide assistance to supervisors regarding the necessary steps and necessary office to contact on matters related to employment management problems within the command.
You will provide technical expertise and advice to Timekeepers, Supervisors, and Managers.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final Secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to possess and maintain a current valid United States driver?s license.
- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
- This position requires a State Criminal History Repository (SCHR) check to be completed on any person selected for this position. You must be willing and able to submit to a SCHR check.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-08 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: In preforming organizational structure, workforce staffing and utilizing analysis on procedural and relationship issues and identifying and developing improvements and efficiencies; to include advising management on the effectiveness of government programs and analyzing data quality, travel, and management programs.
