Position may be filled as a term appointment 28 AUG 2025. Term appointments may be extended up to a maximum of six years. With DoD approval, term appointments may be extended beyond 6 six years, but not more than 8 years.

Duties
Brief organizational leadership informing them of program effectiveness and productivity
Prepare and update charts of statistics analysis for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in a timely manner for management utilizing Excel and Work programs.
Develop training courses for Unit Prevention Leaders to ensure adherence to all regulations and policies.
Spot check samples to ensure they are packaged in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Provide training on receiving and collecting samples in order to prepare for shipment.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires the incumbent be certified by the Department of Army Drug Testing Certification Course within 9 months of assuming duties.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes reviewing routine reports and identifying discrepancies, trends, or problems; performing collection, packaging, shipping and tracking of specimens; preparing clear and concise reports describing collection techniques; safeguarding sensitive testing information; and maintaining current and accurate office and drug testing records.
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify.
