You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST, CENTER OPERATIONS DIVISION, PLANS AND OPERATONS BRANCH
in the of MARINE CORPS LOGISTICS COMMAND.
Duties
You will Lead, plan an conduct complicated, comprehensive analytical studies of Maintenance Management Center, organizations or significant segments of several management functions to improve organizational structure and staffing levels.
You will perform workforce utilization studies to determine, span of control, staffing levels and requirements to include work operations and overall work load data.
You will research information and develop new approaches to program evaluation which serve a precedents for others.
You will participate in reviews of activities being considered for conversion to contract operati8ons.
You will Lead, plan, design, an conduct studies which often require significant adaptation of work methods.
You will establish centers publications issuance guidelines covering numbering, distribution, format, and review expiration, etc. to include inspect activities for compliance an improvement,.
You will provide support an advice on reprogramming of funds and funding levels due to changes in workforce and/or mission.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- This position is eligible for telework at the discretion of management.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Provide managers with objective base information for making decision on the administrative and programmatic aspects of Center Personnel Program, manpower Program and Workforce Planning operations by accomplishing and ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of programs, operations, and resources.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
