About the Position: This position is a DOD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 USC 1599f. Employees occupying CES positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. You may need to complete a 3 year probationary period, if applicable.
This position is with 7th Signal Command, located in Fort Eisnehower, GA.
Duties
Serve as the RMIC focal point for headquarters-wide activities, responsible for all aspects of RMIC and Audit compliance program within the organization/sub-organizations.
Develop and manages support agreement processes and procedures.
Interpret command policies and procedures in the area of responsibility by reviewing and new and existing regulations/directives or by recommending revisions to existing ones.
Assist in determining training needs, locates sources, schedules and initiate, and assist in providing agreements training.
Establishes and maintain a wide range of personal contacts including management officials of the installation, supported tenant activities, and higher headquarters.
Analyzes various problems basic to the organization; assumes responsibility as needed; coordinates and attends meetings, working groups as necessary.
Assists in the management of the overall support agreement program.
Requirements
- Three year trial/probationary period may be required.
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.

Specialized experience would be demonstrated by knowledge and skills in applying effective interpersonal communication techniques, for establishing and maintaining working relationships with a variety of staff and officials; an understanding the Army Agreements and RMIC programs/policies and procedures; and knowledge of specialized systems, programs such as G-Invoicing, Risk Management, and Internal Controls (RMIC).
