The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a supervisor, planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to AFCO/CMM. Serves as HAF A2/6 and 16 Air Force (AFCYBER) Air Force Cryptologic Office (AFCO) ISR-Cyber Cryptologic Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Air Force Service Cryptologic Component Staff Branch Chief.
Duties
Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Air Force Cryptologic Office ISR-Cyber Branch, ensuring that intelligence tied to cyberspace complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
Directs, participates and oversee intel support to cyber operations planning, organizing, and determine regulations, directives, and procedures for integration of HAF/A2/6, USCYBERCOM, and 16 AF (AFCYBER) program objectives within the Intelligence Community (IC) ensuring the provisions of personnel and ISR support to cyber operations.
Represents Air Force Cryptologic Office ISR-Cyber Branch with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.

Qualifications
In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions.
This is a GG-14 position in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). The GG-14 duties for the "Supervision/Management" work category are at the "Senior" work level and are equivalent to those at the GS-14 level. The selectee's salary will be set within the grade equivalent to a GS/GG grade based on the selectee's qualifications in relation to the job.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Your resume must reflect the quality level of experience which demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for successful job performance required for this position. Examples of creditable experience include: Knowledge of National, Joint and Service guidance and direction for cyberspace operations to include ISR operations in support of cyberspace activities; this includes expert knowledge of 16 AF (AFCYBER) components to include operational missions and of the agency's missions and roles as part of the Intelligence Community. Knowledge of US national intelligence community polices, entities, missions, resources, operations, capabilities, databases, and requirements to perform intelligence programmatic planning, operations and intelligence collection activities. Knowledge of safety and security regulations, practices, and procedures. NOTE: Creditable experience may include previous military experience, experience gained in the private sector, or experience gained in another government agency.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
Knowledge of National, Joint and Service guidance and direction for cyberspace operations to include ISR operations in support of cyberspace activities; this includes expert knowledge of 16 AF (AFCYBER) components to include operational missions and of the agency's missions and roles as part of the Intelligence Community.
Knowledge of US national intelligence community polices, entities, missions, resources, operations, capabilities, databases, and requirements to perform intelligence programmatic planning, operations and intelligence collection activities.
Knowledge of safety and security regulations, practices, and procedures. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Skill in analysis and production of reports and other products that are responsive to the specific needs of customer to include formulating, gathering, organizing and analyzing information; resolving conflicts; and presenting clear and concise findings.
Ability to plan, organize, and direct the functions and staff of a small to medium sized organization and carry out all phases of personnel management responsibilities. To include skill in establishing and maintaining effective relationships, building consensus and coalitions, negotiating, and resolving conflicts with a variety of organizations and individuals.
Ability to handle multiple tasks; establish and meet suspense in response to internal and external customers. This includes the ability to quickly assimilate disparate data and render knowledgably and accurate assessments of the implications of such data; experience, and recognized professional standing; and to present and argue for a position effectively.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT CONTINUED:
Position is designated special-sensitive and requires eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), other intelligence-related Special Sensitive information, or involvement in Top Secret Special Access Programs (SAP) to fully perform the duties and responsibilities of the position. A non-disclosure agreement must be signed.
Drug Testing: This position has been designated by the Air Force as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Testing Program. Employee must pass initial and periodic short notice drug testing. Illegal drug use by employees in sensitive positions presents a clear threat to the mission of the Air Force, national security, and public safety.
PART-TIME OR UNPAID EXPERIENCE: Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week.
