You will serve as a Supply Systems Analyst within NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
Duties
You will support the development and validation of ERP Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), Functional Test Execution, Functional Design Review, Issue Resolution and risk mitigation strategy, production support and system monitoring, and Gap Analysis.
You will ensure that the organization's strategic plan, mission, vision and values are communicated to the team and integrated into the team's strategies, goals, objectives, work plans, work products, and services.
You will research, evaluate, and provide support/analysis to correct problems and analyze patterns in customer support requirements.
You will coordinate with business analysts and technical teams in the implementation, use, and sustainment of data analytics within Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and with outside software including Statistical Analysis Software (SAS).
You will analyze system requirements in response to business requirements, risks, and costs.
You will monitor system/process strengths and weaknesses to provide all levels of leadership alternatives and determine what improvements can be made to work methods, processes, and procedures.
Requirements

Qualifications
For the GS-13 grade level:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying a wide range of in-depth knowledge of supply chain management, supply operations management practices, and business process analysis methodologies, concepts, and principles in order to fully analyze and develop recommendations for improvement of supply program operations and objectives. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Executing organizational projects aimed at improving efficiency and/or increasing the Command's overall readiness position; 2) Utilizing systems such as Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Navy Statistical Analysis Software (SAS) to develop analytical methodologies that apply data mining, statistical, and other analytical techniques; 3) Analyzing statistical outputs from various databases to determine if performance objectives have been met; 4) Researching, analyzing, extracting, summarizing, and identifying business trends and issues; 5) Conducting complex cost/budget analyses, developing alternative procedures or policies, and establishing program revisions as appropriate; and 6) Developing and evaluating project studies, briefing high-level DoD managers and industry executives, and developing recommendations for future supply program plans.
For the GS-12 Grade Level:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying knowledge of supply chain management, supply operations management practices, and business process analysis methodologies, concepts, and principles to recommend improvements in supply program operations and objectives. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Utilizing systems such as Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Navy Statistical Analysis Software (SAS) to develop analytical methodologies that apply data mining, statistical, and other analytical techniques; 2) Analyzing statistical outputs from various databases to determine if performance objectives have been met; 3) Researching, analyzing, extracting, summarizing, and identifying business trends and issues; and 4) Preparing and evaluating project studies and developing recommendations for future supply program plans.
