You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the Staff Operations Department of U.S. Pacific Fleet (USPACFLT).
Duties
You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet (COMPACFLT) Combat Support (1C6C) program across Budget Submitting Office (BSO) 70.
You will be responsible for collecting requirements and setting financial controls for all major headquarters reporting to COMPACFLT.
You will coordinate with Director, Civilian Personnel Management to ensure civilian personnel management planning and execution is conducted within financial controls.
You will be the USPACFLT HQ Training Officer and is responsible for planning, executing, tracking and providing information for Military, Civilian and Contractor required training throughout the command.
You will be the the focal point for maintaining and updating USPACFLT HQ Activity Manning Documents (AMD).
You will be responsible for coordinating with all Directorates and Special Codes to ensure the AMD is updated and accurate.
You will prepare reports or conclusions with recommendations, where necessary, as to what should be USPACFLT HQ?s viewpoint on certain proposals.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing and evaluating (on a quantitative or qualitative basis) Navy (Military or Civilian) Manpower programs (including planning, programming, budgeting, and training) to ensure manpower needs are satisfied within program resources.
