You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst in the Budget Execution Division within the Comptroller Department of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will perform as the Cost Redistribution Account (CRA) Analyst at Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division (NAWCWD).
You will perform extensive reviews and communicate guidance to CRAs in preparation and support of Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR).
Perform CRA rate formulation review/analysis and recommendations to management.
Process month and year end close out processes including maintaining settlement rules and assessments for each CRA.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This is a Financial Management Level 02 certified position per the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Section 1599d. You must achieve this level within prescribed timelines. Certification requirements are in DoD Instruction 1300.26.
Qualifications
(DA-05):
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-9/10) or pay band (DA-03) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: 1) Utilizing financial systems to perform various transactions and validate financial information; 2) Applying fiscal law, policies, regulations, principles, and standards to perform financial work for an organization; 3) Contributing to the analysis of financial data to provide guidance and recommendations; 4) Communicating financial information orally and in writing.
(DA-04):
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11/12) or pay band (DA-04) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: 1) Utilizing financial systems to perform various transactions and validate financial information; 2) Applying and advising on fiscal law, policies, regulations, principles, and standards to perform financial work for an organization; 3) Analyzing financial data to provide guidance and recommendations; 4) Communicating financial information orally and in writing to diverse audiences.

Education
(DA-04): In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Have successfully completed three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree.

Have a combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience. My percentage of the required education plus my percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
