Duties
As a Program Analyst you will be responsible for the following duties:
This position is located within the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), Industrial Security (IS) Directorate, Chief of Staff office. This position serves as a Program Analyst/Operations Officer assigned to support the Chief of Staff Office. The incumbent is specifically assigned to support the planning, operations, and mission management for assigned responsibilities to the Industrial Security Chief of Staff, Mission Management Branch.

Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position.
You must have specialized experience sufficient to demonstrate that you have acquired all the competencies necessary to perform at a level equivalent in difficulty, responsibility, and complexity to the next lower grade GG-11 in the Federal service and are prepared to take on greater responsibility.
Generally, this would include one year or more of such specialized experience. Specialized experience for this position includes: is defined as knowledge of industrial security management, programs, security planning and operations, techniques, methods, theories, principles, and concepts, to assure optimal support for accomplishment IS mission objectives and requirements. Extensive knowledge of gathering, assembling, and analyzing facts, drawing conclusions, and devising innovative solutions to complex resource management and program issues. Skilled in working with data analytics tools, evaluating, gathering, and analyzing data to compile reports and present findings and developing efficient and effective automated system approach for presenting reports and graphics to management.
