You will serve as a SIGNATURE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST within the Marine Corps Information Operation Center (MCIOC), Marine Corps Information Command (MCIC) Marine Forces Command Atlantic (MarForLant)
Duties
You will develop policy, guidance, and provide clarification and/or interpretation of current policies and procedures governing United States Marine Corps (USMC) Signature Management.
You will apply quantitative analysis and evaluative techniques to assess Signature Management tasks, gaps, requirements, military manpower, long range planning, command structure, as it pertains to USMC, MCIOC missions, and programs.
You will communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with a variety of audiences, including technical, professional, and administrative specialists at all organizational and hierarchical levels.
You will identify and analyze adversary intelligence collection methods and capabilities (conduit analysis) in order to develop information or intelligence gateways to the adversary target audiences.
You will utilize Own Forces Signature Assessment (OFSA) of physical, technical and administrative signatures and supporting establishments to determine vulnerabilities in garrison, field, maritime and deployed environments.
You will provide input in fiscal programming, budgeting, contracting, manpower and resourcing requirements for the Signature Management Portfolio.
Requirements

- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing most or all of the following duties: 1.) Managing and facilitating the analysis and masking of force signatures and indicators to protect friendly intentions and plans from adversary exploitation; 2.) Providing recommendations on the integration and employment of the OPSEC process; 3.) Developing strategies by identifying and resolving systematic challenges, gaps, and shortfalls by collecting and interpreting data to refine processes, products, assessments, and efficiencies; and 4.) Planning, coordinating ,and conducting training events to include the development of curriculum training standards, tasks and outputs to support the execution of Signature Management related tasks.
