You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MILITARY) in the NAVY RECRUITING DISTRICT of NRD CHICAGO.
Duties
You will extract personnel actions from a human resources information system for distribution to customers.
You will collaborate with customers to identify and obtain missing personnel documents.
You will identify gaps or inconsistencies in human resources records.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Using computers and software to perform basic automated functions 2) Preparing reports or briefs to submit to management; 3) Maintaining files, records, or forms. Physical Demands:

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of at least four full academic years of education above high school
OR
A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
