You will serve as a Human Resources Assistant (Military) in the Navy Recruiting Command of NRD CHICAGO.

Duties
You will schedule, administer, score and transmit tests to the appropriate commands.
You will schedule exams and appointments as required.
You will review records and process actions involving varied processes.
You will interview personnel to obtain data and additional information as needed to complete records or discrepancies.
You will draft/prepare related correspondence, reports or other documents as required for appropriate signature.
You will establish and maintain all required forms, records and files pertaining to assigned work.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing knowledge of human resources policies, procedures, rules, and regulations to maintain personnel records; 2) Researching information in records and databases to respond to inquiries regarding human resources issues; 3) Utilizing automated systems to create and maintain personnel records.
