You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Resource & Production Planning and Analysis Division of CNATRA.

Duties

You will evaluate and correlate production related data into metrics and cost relationships. You will collect, analyze and present resource and production data reflecting the efficiency of aircraft utilization, instructor pilot assignments, and work in process throughout the command. You will provide analysis of data relating to quality assurance, ?what if? drills and other ad hoc queries to execute Resource Modeling and Production analysis scenario queries as needed. You will participate in the review of resource and production goals; elevate and challenge barriers to aviator production. You will compare aviator training including aircraft fleet inventory, flight hour, simulator devices, sim hours, and Instructor Pilot requirements to execution and through statistical analysis recommend changes as appropriate. You will recommend alternative methods to improve student pipeline management using the application of state of the art applied computer technology, analytical/ statistical modeling techniques and automated data processing systems.

  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Serving as a Program Analyst performing large scale and scope data research and analysis in order to evaluate and improve aviator training resource utilization and production.
