You will serve as a TRAINING OPERATIONS SUPPORT SPECIALIST (Office Automation) in the Training and Standardization Department (N7) of TRARON SEVEN.
Duties
You will perform a wide variety of office automation administrative responsibilities including but not limited to: various word processing assignments and graphic and database programs.
You will revise/review correspondences and instructions as per a guidance manual. Deliver, pickup, and distribute mail and process incoming and outgoing messages through an automated system.
You will ensure that all Naval Flight Training events for Student Naval Aviators (SNA) are documented in the Aviation Training System designated per Chief of Naval Air Training (CNATRA) Instructions
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver license.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-04) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing a variety of office automation duties (e.g. data input, customer service, data gathering, preparing reports, correspondence, and maintaining files), utilizing various systems and databases to support the corporate/organizational/command mission and goals; Planning, organizing, and prioritizing work to meet deadlines; Typing to produce the full range of office automation work.

In lieu of general/specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
You have successfully completed four years of education above high school level
OR
You have a combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience. My percentage of the required education plus my percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
