You will serve as a RESERVE AFFAIRS SPECIALIST of HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND.
Duties
You will provide quarterly guidance to INDOPACOM Joint Directorate representatives with ADOS (Active Duty for Operational Support) program updates, and explain ADOS policy and procedures, and resolve problems that arise.
You will determine appropriate recommendations for unresolved or questionable problems and perform follow-up.
You will research and determine or recommend appropriate actions or interpretation of issues that impact organization, command, or agency with regards to the ADOS program.
You will utilize an extensive knowledge of analytical and evaluative methods to issues or studies concerning the effectiveness and efficiency of command Reserve program operations.
You will evaluate reports by analyzing facts and manpower, perform appropriate research, and prepare detailed responses.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector utilizing an extensive knowledge of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to issues or studies concerning the effectiveness and efficiency of command Reserve program operations. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Determine appropriate recommendations for unresolved or questionable problems and perform follow-up; 2) Research and determine or recommend appropriate actions or interpretation of issues that impact organization, command, or agency with regards to the ADOS (Active Duty for Operational Support) program; 3) Provide comprehensive human resources management advisory and technical services on the substantive functions of the command's Air Force Reserve program and work practices; and 4) Evaluate reports by analyzing facts and manpower, performing appropriate research, and prepare detailed responses.
