You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the RANGES DEPARTMENT (N9) of NAVAL SPECIAL WARFARE CTR CORONADO.
Duties
You will be responsible for financial planning and execution functions that support operating,
maintaining, enhancing and identifying requirements for ranges across all NSW commands.
You will lead in developing new range contract requests and advise the Deputy and Director on the financial management of all Range support contracts as required to include modifications, options, renewals and tracking contract expenditures.
You will solicit budget inputs from the NSWCEN Range Enterprise and prepare annual budget estimates for all NSWCEN Ranges based on input provided.
You will develop and submit financial reports and responds to Comptroller financial data calls as required.
You will collect new or emerging requirements from users and coordinate with the NSWC staff and other Echelon III commands in developing and validating new budget.
Requirements

Qualifications
GS-12:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Formulating budget estimates to support plans, programs and activities AND reviewing, analyze and interpret various financial documents/reports; recommending solutions to difficult/complex problems.
GS-11:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assisting formulating budget estimates to support plans, programs and activities AND reviewing, analyze and interpret various financial documents/reports; recommending solutions to difficult/complex problems.
