Duties
You will coordinate staff-wide assessments of Navy Expeditionary Combat Force (NECF) capabilities.
You will provide analysis of gaps and identified resources in order to develop action-oriented products supporting flag level decisions.
You will design and Implement assessment processes and analysis tools supporting Force Generation (Fg) leading indicators, identification, and development.
You will coordinate command efforts for fleet integration activities through the Fleet Readiness Board (FRB) and the Fleet Commanders Readiness Council (FCRC).
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience independently and collaboratively conducting complex readiness assessments across multiple functional areas
Experience applying quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods to identify root causes of readiness detractors
Experience independently and collaboratively designing data and analysis frameworks in support of flag level decisions
Experience, knowledge and mastery of advanced management and organization techniques, systems, procedures, and business practices for assessing and recommending continuous improvement of complex processes and organizational systems.
Experience and extensive knowledge of the TYCOM and Navy Expeditionary Combat Force (NECF) mission, organization, and work processes.
