You will serve as a OFFICE MANAGER in the Research & Development Group, Weapons & Energetics Dept, Weapons Airframe Div of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will serve as receptionist, oversees day-to-day office functions.
You will prepare travel documents.
You will prepare, review and edit standard correspondence.
You will schedule and maintain electronic calendars for supervisors, conference rooms, and special events.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band (DG-02) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Filing, picking up/delivering
guard mail, duplicates and/or routing documents;2) Creating travel orders to authorize official travel for assigned employees; 3) Processing travel vouchers to reconcile monetary balances owed by or due to employees; 4) Operating office equipment, such as copier, scanners, and computer.

Education

Successful completion of four years of education above high school level
