You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Training Command of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND.
Duties
You will make oral and written reports and presentations, and prepares necessary narratives, statistics, graphs, and charts
You will prepare and submit requests for personnel actions using the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS), that include recruitment, reassignment/realignment, LWOP, Awards, Corrections and Separations
You will gather, assemble, analyze and evaluate facts and draw conclusions based on information.
You will develop automated desktop business analysis tools such as spreadsheets and databases necessary to maintain manpower information, conduct staffing analyses, and produce manpower reports.
You will perform a full range of administrative management services.
Requirements

Qualifications
GS-07
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyzing problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; 2) Planning and organizing work; 3) Communicating effectively orally and in writing; and 4) Advising management on manpower matters and program operations.
GS-09
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing assistance in the development of new plans, policies, and procedures; 2) Maintaining and reviewing manpower files and preparing performance and program documentation; 3) Using directives management systems to gather, assemble and analyze data and propose recommendations; and 4) Performing personnel functions associated with creating personnel actions.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
GS-09
- master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
- 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
- LL.B. or J.D., if related
GS-07
- 1 full year of graduate level education
or
- superior academic achievement
