Duties

As the Privatization Management and Program Analyst, assumes the overall responsibility of financial oversight of Residential Community Liaison Office (RCLO). Provides technical and administrative support of the Portfolio and Asset Management elements to help the Army fulfill its responsibilities to provide quality housing, revitalize communities, and ensure sound fiscal management of privatized housing. Develops recommendations for overall program management plans, goals and objectives maintaining cognizance of progress toward their accomplishment.
