You will serve as a IT Specialist (OS/NETWORK) in the Command and Control System (CCS) Test Director and Technical Management Branch (C741,C740,C700) of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY.
Duties
You will provide technical authority and resolution of complex software, hardware and system management problems.
You will develop innovative solutions to CSRR problems when integrated logistics support is not available.
You will direct and coordinate other government and vendor assistance if outside assistance is required.
You will conduct Exterior Communications Subsystem and CSRR CCS Arrival and Departure Evaluation Tests (CADET), CSRR CCS modification testing, developing specialized CSRR diagnostic test procedures, and evaluate all test results.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Specialized Experience:
Experience in the functional and technical characteristics of electronic hardware and software used in TRIDENT Class Common Submarine Radio Room (CSRR) and Exterior Communication Subsystem (ECS). Experience understanding and enforcing the capabilities and utilization of shop and waterfront maintenance repair test techniques and practices. Experience utilizing programming and analysis techniques as a system level troubleshooter in devising recovery plans or programs for system failure situations as required. Experience with shipboard Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) and Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) survey practice and analysis methods.
