You will serve as a OPERATIONAL GROUND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS ANALYST in the US MARINE FORCES PACIFIC of MARINE FORCES PACIFIC.
A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 9.28% will be added to the stated salary. COLA is subject to change at any time.
Duties
You will establish policies for ground training and maneuver area control, support, and immediate and long-term training development requirements.
You will prepare/conduct studies of major problem areas affecting the implementation of range and training programs to identify the appropriate methods of overcoming training deficiencies.
You will develop, prepare and/or recommend the revision of training policies/regulations, as may be required, and standard operating procedures for future Marine Corps Base Guam and USMC rotational forces to Australia.
You will plan for ground training requirements/activities/operations to be conducted by subordinate commands at future Marine Corps Base Guam/Joint Region Marianas and USMC Rotational Forces to Australia impacted by DPRI actions.
You will develop and manage a systematic process to monitor future training concepts and supporting program initiatives in order to meet strategic USMC goals pertaining to future ground training concepts, strategies, and plans.
You will track and synchronize training initiatives, milestones, and resource requirements to realize the future ground training vision of USMC in the pacific AOR.
You will plan for training support provided to assigned operational forces by installations and activities impacted by DPRI actions, including the requisition, receipt, storage, security and issue of training equipment, training aids and supplies.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector Coordinating and planning ground training requirements; AND developing, preparing, and revising training regulations and standard operating procedures assigned to installations and other foreign rotational forces.
