This position is located in the Architect of the Capitol, Office of the Chief Engineer (OA) Construction Division (CD). The position provides program management support for the division's multi million annual construction program that is approximately $30 million dollars. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing assistance to the Construction Division (CD) and the Assistant Director, Construction Division (CD).

Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Candidates for the GS-13 grade level must have at least 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service.Specialized experience for this position includes:
Collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data on project costs, work hours used and supplies and equipment costs.
Providing financial guidance to managers and supervisors to include tracking expenditures and monitoring balances.
Preparing reports, correspondence and memorandums relevant to program activities.
Working with and troubleshooting work processes in SharePoint with a minimal competency level of intermediate.
