About the Position: The mission of the Corpus Christi Army Depot is to overhaul, repair, modify, retrofit, test and modernize helicopters, engines and components for all services and foreign military customers. Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD) is the Army's Center of Industrial and Technical Excellence for Rotary Wing Aviation Maintenance. We provide worldwide on-site maintenance services, aircraft crash analysis, lubricating oil analysis, and chemical, metallurgical and training support.
Duties
Incumbent will be responsible for all system administration.
Responsible for managing and monitoring a building automation system.
Review and create escalations and actions within a Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Develop and adapt new methods and procedures in CMMS to enhance system performance and capabilities.
Research and analyze data to develop studies and reports.
Designate work assignments and provide instructions and guidance to new employees.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a (Tier 2, Non-Sensitive, Moderate Risk Public Trust) suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 5% of the time.
- This position is supervisory as defined by the Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) General Schedule Supervisory Guide (GSSG). A one-year probation to assess your ability to perform supervisory duties is required unless previously completed.

Specialized Experience: One year specialized experience which includes 1) Creating, testing, and documenting in a Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) database system; 2) Applying a comprehensive range of principles, concepts, and practices concerning equipment, facility, and service operations; 3) Maintaining system work flow and diagnosing system errors in a Facilities & Equipment Maintenance (FEM) database system; 4) Managing and monitory Building Automation Systems; AND 5) Interpreting data and identifying systems alarms & building automation systems.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
