About the Position: Fort Gordon is in Augusta, Georgia, home of the Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE) and future headquarters of ARMY CYBER COMMAND (ARCYBER). It is approximately 142 miles east of Atlanta, 80 miles southwest of Columbia, South Carolina and 122 miles northwest of Savannah, Georgia. Ft Gordon's location offers close proximity to a metropolitan area and is an easy drive from Atlanta, Savannah, the beaches along the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains

Duties

Function as Basic Life Support program director. Use educational principles to develop best methods to assess training needs of the different types of employees. Administer examinations to include providing instructions to students, monitoring and controlling test security, and collecting completed student examinations. Plan, monitor, and coordinate training for military, civilian, and dependent personnel in a wide variety of topics in well-established areas of a subject matter field. Review, evaluate, project, and manage budget requirements and expenditures for the organization. Develop procedures for improving the efficiency and productivity of organizations and employees in training and educational activities.
