You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the Naval Medic Clinic (NMCL) of NMRTC QUANTICO VA.
Duties
You will coordinate all external command inspections and independent internal reviews to assure funds, personnel, equipment, and other resources are employed effectively, securely, economically, an within legal and administrative constraints.
You will improve the effectiveness and cost efficiency of work methods, procedures, organization, manpower utilization, distribution of work assignments, management controls, information and documentation systems.
You will analyze extensive program data and interrelationships, and coordinate the preparation of accurate and reasonable program plans and proposals.
You will apply a wide range of methods used to gather, analyze, and evaluate information concerning management processes, organizational theory and evaluation to draw conclusions, and recommend appropriate action.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Developing management and/or program evaluation plans, procedures, and methodology;
Conducting studies of employee/organizational efficiency and productivity and recommending changes or improvements in organization, staffing, work methods, and procedures;
Identifying resources (staff, funding, and equipment of facilities) required to support varied levels of program operations;
Analyzing and evaluating (on a quantitative or qualitative basis) the effectiveness of line program operations in meeting established goals and objectives.
