Fort Campbell lies on the Kentucky/Tennessee border between Hopkinsville, KY & Clarksville, TN about 45 miles NW of Nashville. The cost of living is lower than the average for all major U.S. cities.

Duties

Develop step by step plans for accomplishing construction projects. Conduct site visits on project to ensure meeting the scope of work. Evaluate contractor proposals for technical acceptance. Make decisions on design issues during construction phase to keep the project progressing. Prepare cost estimates with first-hand information of site conditions for use in preparing contract.
