Duties
You will manage, route, track, and complete correspondence and documentation packages via a combination of email systems, shared portals, oral and written communications, paper copies, and electronic records.
You will stratify and prioritize incoming communications and taskers, interpret their intent and relative importance, and define (or recommend) NAO response/generation requirements, including need for involvement by NAO subject matter experts (SMEs).
You will track and facilitate development of the contributions of managers and SMEs to ensure timely completion.
You will generate and facilitate compliance review and pre-approval (before submission to the Director/Deputy for final review and signature) of approximately 750 NAO correspondence packages annually.
Requirements

- Shift work, irregular tours of duty, occasional evening/weekend work, and/or extended duty may be required

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
Qualifications
Applicants must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies or knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience is typically in or directly relates to the work of the position to be filled. Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by:
*Experience with administrative management and organization support principles and practices
*Experience applying knowledge of DoD and DON standards for technical documentation and associated correspondence, administrative controls, and records management
*Experience applying administrative occupational knowledge to initiate, track, and concurrently assess the status of numerous risk management projects in order to identify obstacles to completion and timely submission as well as assess the compliance of documentation with quality standards
*Experience addressing difficult administrative functions by applying proficient knowledge of administrative management policies and processes tailored to particular projects
